The Wisconsin Revisor of Statutes Bureau publishes Wisconsin statutes and annotations, the Wisconsin administrative code and register, and court information. The Wisconsin criminal code is contained in the Wisconsin statutes.

Wisconsin Criminal Records

Wisconsin Circuit Court Access - Open Records - CCAP

CCAP is the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (WCCA) website that is open to the public under the Wisconsin Open Records Act, which lists many cases that are in process or have been closed (with a guilty or not guilty verdict) in a court in the state of Wisconsin. It provides information about Wisconsin charges against adults; it does not list federal charges or minors. Employers, child care providers, other government agencies and courts all use CCAP.
